Im juggling the idea of starting a clothng brand. It would be minitruckin, punk rock, and hotrodder influenced. My question is how do you form the company? I work as the cashier at a restaurant and I'm the one on packs up the take out orders. Anyways, the kitchen staff sometimes gets the order wrong and all my coworkers scold me in front of the customers. It's so embarassing!! Even if I tell them it wasn't my fault, they still blame me because all of them are friends with eachother and I'm new. I would quit, but that's not really an option for me right now. Any advice on how to handle this?
