No, I have suspended eBay. I have never seen a more messed up, lack witted bunch of people in all my life. All they are is a place for people to list ANYTHING, legal or not, on the Internet. Even if you get ripped off, they will do nothing about it including suspend or remove the seller. I absolutely refuse to buy or even go to eBay ever again. Sorry, I know that wasn't the answer you were looking for but I have heard that most of the suspensions are for a limited amount of time and usually incurred by not letting the bidding time be completed because they loose their fees if you do. Are you sure you were really suspended? If you received an email that did not have your username at the beginning, it was a scammer trying to get your personal information. If you clicked any of the links in the email, he got it. Ebay will never ask you to click a link in an email. Always log onto the site.

However, if you really WERE suspended, I think it depends on the offense as to whether you can get reinstated. Check out the communication boards. You can get lots of good info there. on this topic.
