How do you start a clothing brand company from scratch?

Im juggling the idea of starting a clothng brand. It would be minitruckin, punk rock, and hotrodder influenced. My question is how do you form the company? I know you have to work your *** off for it, but what is involved altogether in the process (legal paper work, trademarks, etc., etc.) I have one other person in mind that I can partner up with, if not then I guess I could just go solo.

The clothing industry, as you can well imagine, is a very competitive one. To succeed takes knowledge, patience, talent and a bit of luck. As far as the knowledge bit goes, I found some sources that will assist you further.
