John signs a contract to have his house painted signing a contract that was very definite and clear, the house was to be painted one month after signing the contract. John asked the painter when he would be starting the painter said that he was very busy and didn't know. John in a rage went and hired a different painter who did the work at a higher rate. John then sued the 1st painter claiming that there was an anticipatory repudiation of the contract by the painter. Tell me what you think is the probable outcome to this situation.

Is there a way other than pawn shops (b/c that is the wrong answer) that you can turn in either old clothes, kitchen utensils, furniture, etc. and get money for it? And I am not having a yard sale too busy?

choose a favorite store or somewhere to get their mail? This would cut the cost of all those jeeps, in turn would cut pollution. It would reduce the expenses of the pst office emensly and they could pass that savings on to the people. Raise the rates on junk, and limit how much junk they can send per day.

So many things are going via email it's not even funny. So why don't they try to reduce instead of always expanding? I pay all but 1 bill online. And I can drop it off on my way to work for free. I have 2 creditcards and I can pay them if I go in the stores.

So do we need a post office to begin with? It is cheaper and more reliable service to us UPS and FedEx. You get a delivery number and $100 insurance included inthe proce with them. The post office charges almost $3 for the minium on both. Plus you have to pay an extra $1.10 if you want a signature card. Post office cannot track online, but the others can, at no extra charge. UPS doesn't sell your information for profit.

to sponsor cycling teams and on advertising is just plain nuts? They claim they are losing money, but look how much they advertise. They paid lance Armstrong $1M a year for 4 years as part of sponsoring the US Postal team at the Tour De France. So should I have to pay more for stamps for them to waste the money on advertising? I mean, who does not know about the post office? How would advetising world wide benefit them? Can you find a US post office in Russia? Or China? How about North Korea, Iran, Iraq or Egypt? Maybe we have one in Africa?

I don't think so. So why are we getting this line of BS that they are losing money? The are spending on advertising, they sell our addresses everyday to solicitors, they charge people who send junk mail less than they charge us for 1 oz first class letter. They take no care of your item that you ship. Your lucky if it gets there because one of the x con employees doesnt decide to take it home with them. The service sucks.

I work with a bunch of guys, and for the last couple of days they have kept it extreamly cold in the office. So this makes my nipples hard. (the cold air) So tomorrow I will have to wear a padded bra or something. Because every time a guy walks by I have to cross my arms over my breast, or just hope they don't notice my nipples poking out.

If the oil companies aren't saying what they want to sell oil for, how are gas prices set? How are the high prices for gas justified, when all the speculations on lack of supply or a cut off of supplies are warrantless? The countries that are producing the oil aren't setting the prices for oil, either, and why would they want to cut off their country's predominant source of income by stopping production? So, what I really want to know is, who is setting the price for gas, and how much money are they making on the commissions?

Let’s say you make $5.00 on every item you sell, this is cleared money, would it be worth it to pursue the venture. I sometimes make more but $5.00 is the norm.
