I work with a bunch of guys, and for the last couple of days they have kept it extreamly cold in the office. So this makes my nipples hard. (the cold air) So tomorrow I will have to wear a padded bra or something. Because every time a guy walks by I have to cross my arms over my breast, or just hope they don't notice my nipples poking out.

You have a few options here one bring a small sweater to cover up when it gets cold. If you have an ac vent over your desk ask one of the guys to close the vent over ( so you dont get a cold or something) when they ask why. Also at macys and stuff the do sell nipple pads then keep them toasty no matter where you are
(alot of professional iceskaters use them but it does cost $$).
Lastly let them hang out if someone looks or comments reply if it was not soooo cold i would not be able to cut glass.

Did you ever think the guys have it so cold for a reason if your the only female??

Best of luck

This is a huge problem for me also. I always keep a sweater or something to put over me in the office. This is what you should do go behind them and turn up the thermostat, or whine until they turn it up. The whining almost always works ,because men HATE to hear a woman complain esp. in a whinny voice.

Yes, and I tape down my nipples. (it doesn't hurt to remove it)That way I can still wear my silk blouses and lacy bras without being worried. There are also nipple guards you can buy at department stores too, but office tape works for me!

Take a cardigan to work with you. Keep it at your desk so you won't have that problem.
