There are serval good ways to relive stress. You can either hit a pillow, hit a stuff animal, talk to some one that you trust and you know that wont say anything behind your back, write in a journal, go for a walk, ride a bike. There are some ideals for you. I hope they work out for you.

Sex works best, whether alone or with a partner.
When stress is high and you cannot do the above, I love to drive home from work singing at the top of my lungs, something loud. It seems to ease the stress....and yes...usually I keep the windows up because I am a little tone deaf and do not want to inflict that on ANYONE!
Hope that helps.

Play music, dance around to it, even if you don't think you can dance, it gets the endorphins going
Go for a walk
Journal, write about exactly what is stressing you out, write down ways that you can tackle each thing, with the most efficiency.

Definitely good sex with someone you care about.
next, go for a good run.
it's Been proven that runners are generally happier within 1 hour of a run than non-runners, and maintain the level until it's time for another run, which our hormone and serotonin levels let us know when that is.

Aerobic exercise. Go for a walk, run, jog, bike ride, or go hiking out in the woods. A punching bag works well, too.
