I don't fault him for business sense as such.... I DO fault him for making money off of someone else's idea. I know that in to day's business world, morals are obsolete, but that just strikes a chord with me..

Delving???? Dude, he's poured Billions into supporting various charities and non-profits....We only hear about 5% of what he donates money to. He's been into giving for years now.

Love it when a self-made man shares the wealth

i'm a headhunter and have done about 100 searches with microsoft, including one placement who went on to become a manager responsible for all of his communications relating to charitable donations. I can tell you Gates is basically a decent guy, who did a deal with ibm early on that made him the richest guy in the world. His parents were successful, and deeply involved in the community, and that instilled some very strong values in him. He's gone on record as saying he plans on spending the second half of his life figuring out how to create the biggest impact for good on the planet with his wealth. Sort of a modern day Andew Carnegie.

Bill Gates is basically a decent man who made his wealth by his own ideas and hard work, who now wants to give back to worthy causes. All of his philanthropy is not publicized and he has given many millions of dollars away. He really actually cares and has shown that many times.

I doubt it. He probably really does care. Don't forget that he worked for his money; he wasn't born into it. He has a brain and good business sense; don't fault him for that.
