I am looking for a source that will provide me with the following data.

I want to be able to do a stock screener BY DATE that would allow me to search for stocks with a 5 Star S&P rating. Anyone have some leads? I am using Scottrade and they have an excellent stock screener but it does not have the ability to enter dates (therefore it s not possible to look at historical data).

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

I was gonna get a real time quote service on the OTC and pink sheet stocks.

I was gonna check the highest % gainers from start of market. Read up on news on why they may be up and then buy shares and sell them a few hours later. I can get all this info live so their won't be much delay from the time I read to buying shares.

Would this work? I wanted to make only about $50 a week.

It's not Scottrade, IMO. I would like to hear only from those who have actually used the brokerage for things like spreads, straddles, condors, etc.

Please explain why you think it is the best? Is it order entry, cost, reputation, support, etc.?

Suppose you are working in an investment company as a Financial Analyst. Your company wants to invest in zero-coupon bonds of Pak Steels Limited. These bonds have a face value of Rs.2000 per bond and have five years to maturity. If your company decided to have a 10% p.a return on this investment, then what price would you recommend per bond to purchase these zero-coupon bonds of Pak Steels Limited?

Company A has out standing Rs.1,000 par value bonds with maturity period of 15 years from now and Company B has outstanding Rs.500 par value bonds with maturity period of less than one year from now.
Both the bonds have coupon rates of 10% p.a, and the interest is paid semi-annually on both the bonds.
Explain that which company’s bonds would have high interest rate risk and why.

I want to buy small stock shares in the stock market but I don't know how to get started. Would I need to go through a broker? What kind of broker would I need exactly since i'm not a company? An inexpensive one more than likely. I have a business in line that I would like to buy a small stock from but I just don't know how much it would cost. How much money would that run and if its a good stock, how much would I be able to receive? I'm not trying to make millions, maybe thousands. Please help me.
