I work for a chain store, and not too long ago, the general manager of a franchise in another state was shopping at our store. He was looking around rather disapprovingly, and when I asked him what he thought of our store, he grumbled that it wasn't exactly like all the other franchises in the chain and he complained about how certain things were done differently in our store than in his. First of all, he's not the CEO of the company. He's just a general manager of one of many franchises. Why should he give a rat's a*s if our store isn't like all the others? Also, I don't get why some corporate managers and employees want to suppress individuality and become drones and clones. A coworker of mine was recently denied a raise, and the general manager of our franchise told him that it was because he was too much of an individualist and not a team player. Actually, since I know so much about my boss, I think that it was really because my coworker doesn't kiss butt. What's up with all this?

I see the rich people dinning in expensive restaurants, live in luxerious houses, driving mercedes. I want to ask them, how did your become so super rich? I want to know the "how".

I don't think simply "working hard" can make me that rich. I see many people work so hard that it even threatens their health, but most of them get old and die even before reaching the 1/50 of the richness of the above people.

There must be something.

Is becoming rich confined to a certain careers, specially to the "business" sector, like real estates, being the head of the grocery store, owner of the firm, etc.? What careers that make them super rich?

And do you think the manufacturing career is in fact, does not make much money and does not make the people become super rich?

Please tell me.

How could I go about finding someone who is sympathetic to my cause who would be willing to "pass along" certain information to me (information pertaining to me) that I otherwise would not have access to. I would also ask this person if what happened to me has happened to other people and ask him/her to share inside policies with me? How do I find an informant!?!
