They used to be called 'Wardens' in the sheltered housing developments where i sometimes do electrical works. Just a new name!

There is usually more then one person, a team maybe made up of 3-10 people. The head nurse is the ccordinator. They meet and come up with a plan of care for residents depending on medications, behaviors, meal consumption. They review everything to make sure your family mamber gets the best care.
