How could I go about finding someone who is sympathetic to my cause who would be willing to "pass along" certain information to me (information pertaining to me) that I otherwise would not have access to. I would also ask this person if what happened to me has happened to other people and ask him/her to share inside policies with me? How do I find an informant!?!

well apart from this being ilegal, usually arangements like this are usually created through previous relationships, school friends, previous work mates, family, friends etc. However alternativly you could hack into your company find the address of the person, hold their family to ransom and force them to help you.
But of course this is all hypothetical

You're looking for a whistle-blower. Not likely that you will find one by approaching them outside the corporate building (in fact you might find yourself arrested). You might consider publishing your store on the internet, hope someone had the same experiences as you, and come forward.
