What's with Lukoil and Valaro?

What's with Lukoil and Valaro?

They just popped up out of no where....are they new sister companies of the "big oil" companies (exxon, getty, coastal, shell) Where did they come from.

I don't know about Valaro but Lukoil is a Russian company.They bought out Mobil gas stations but not Mobil oil.Therefore they've taken over all of the old Mobil sites.Valaro may be a subsidiary of Lukoil.To the best of my knowledge Citgo has been purchsed by 7 Eleven or vice versa.
