For example to say if i started google adsense Sept. 20, and i made
$104.05 dollars by the end of the month of Sept. than in by Oct.4 i
made $10.24.....when october 15 comes. will they mail off a check for $104.05 or will they mail me a check for $114.29? Please someone explain this to me?

I see coupons, especially the ones dispensed on store shelves, which say "Do not double". Since the stores themselves are absorbing the cost of the doubling, why should the manufacturers care?

I work for the local news paper and my boss is expecting me to pitch her my ideas for a Christmas supplement on Monday. I don't have many ideas. So far all I have is a contest for people to create their own Christmas carols, and submitting local recipes. It's supposed to be a little booklet with many different things in it. I am looking for a TV advertising channel to advertise to the public a new website launch (For Europe and USA but start with Europe). I need quotes for Airtime and cannot seem to find ANYTHING on GOOGLE or yahoo, except 1 guy who explains how to advertise or something. Have any of you advertised before and know rough quotes?

And yes i know its expensive, but thats not a problem.
