I am looking for a TV advertising channel to advertise to the public a new website launch (For Europe and USA but start with Europe). I need quotes for Airtime and cannot seem to find ANYTHING on GOOGLE or yahoo, except 1 guy who explains how to advertise or something. Have any of you advertised before and know rough quotes?

And yes i know its expensive, but thats not a problem.

Call whichever network you want to advertise on. They have a fully staffed advertising department who will be happy to talk with you, suggest the most effective ad package for you, and set up your timeline.
Sounds like an interesting idea! Good luck with it.

I produce commercials, though I don't market the airtime. However, here in Southern California, I have been told that you can buy 1/2-hour infomercial time on Adelphia Cable during the late-night blocks for as low as $400 per slot.
Call your local TV station to start, and ask to speak to one of the airtime sales staff.

I don't know how it works in Europe, but in the US, there are several of what they call "cable markets". In my area, I use clear channel. They have set up radio and TV ads for me but the price is always different depending on the market and the target time and placement. Last year, I paid $360 for a single 30 second radio spot during peak time (morning commute), single play.

The TV spots I ordered went ONLY to the local cable broadcast area. For a single 30 second spot played 6 times in off peak, It was around $2000.

It's worth checking them out

the first thing you need is a video to give to the advertiser/television station.. you should be able to find a video production company in your area if you live near any large city.. the production company may/should have connections with the local tv stations also..
