Our company have just had a website designed for us by an outsourced company however the only way to find our site in the WWW is to type the company name NIAGRI.

Should the web designers be putting meta tags etc on the site. We also don't have any keywords etc. I'm not really up on the backgrounds of websites so any help would be most appreciated.
If you wish to view the site and look at the source to see what is on there the site address is www.niagri.co.uk Also any feedback about the site would be appreciated.

Are there good paying jobs in SEO? I ask because when it comes to SEO, I am very good :) three websites I've built and currently run rank very well with Google, MSN, Yahoo, Alexa and even Overture.
