Usually, when it comes to youth soccer, you are not going to find a company that is willing to sponsor a team unless they are a highly visible team (playing in very large tournaments), or a parent / coach / ex-player works for the company. The best thing to do is let the parents know that the team is looking for sponsorship help. Often parents will be willing to donate their own money to help the team out or they will see if their place of business will be a sponsor.
