Seriously, I can't believe they still make the stuff. I remember hearing that if you leave a strand of your hair in a cup of Prell overnight, it will DISSOLVE. It's such a dinosaur, like hair tonic or Vitalis. Who is their target consumer?

Does it help or hurt their marketing? I think some people should leave out the picture. I am in the insurance business and would consider using a photo of myself in my ads if it really helps.

I happen to be thinking about starting an ebusiness. And most of the websites I've been surfing on offer free stuff, like free financial andvise, free tools, etc. How do these people expect to earn money?? Tell me if I'm rong! Is it somehow a way to increase the number of visits and to offer commercial space like publicity to companies and then get paid for it? Thanks

ok, so I have gotten my friends gift certificates before. But now I am wondering what the point is. It is exactly the same as money, but just in a little card from that certain store. I always got them just to show my friend that I knew and cared what her favorite store was. Does these cards benefit the store in any way? (i dont know how to categorize this) : D

When you're looking at these magazines off a rack and thumbing through them invariably two or three of the promotional response cards will fall out on the floor and be wasted. Looks like they would be attached to the magazine in some way then the reader could simply tear it out and respond to it whether they bought the magazine or not. At least, in this way, the sales effort would not be wasted!
