Will there be any financial obligation left for me after I enter into foreclosure? A PMI(private mortgage insurance) is embedded in my mortgage payment, which will protect the lender in any differentials. Therefore I do not think I will have any obligation, including additional financial obligations, to any party. Am I right?
In addition, what will happen to me once I enter into foreclosure? I mean, on the top of being kicked out of my place.

I have bills totalling around $5500-6000 and need a loan to pay them off and close all the accounts and then just pay off the loan instead of 6-7 different payments....my credit is around 450, so pretty low, i've tried a few places but haven't been approved, any ideas, or I mean places to be guaranteed a loan? This debt is from when i was a teen and now i am older and mad at myself for it but trying to get rid of it...help!

BUT>..... I went into business in University, and graduated with honours from McMaster.

NO....4 years in the business world and i'm ready to get back to music. Its where I belong. I'm looking for an internship with a producer, a promoter, a booking agent, or someone else in the business. I want to learn. Thats it.

I want to make music my career, and I need this hands on experience to do it.

SO...if you or someone you know is in this line of work in Ontario, or even elsewhere in Canada, PLEASE leave your email. I'd love to talk with them.

It could change my life. THANKYOU!

It is very hard for rucking companies in the U.S. to stay open for business; due to high fuel cost, companies not wanting to pay the fuel surcharges or increased rates, and also the demand and lack of good decent drivers. Many trucking companies are going out of business due to these reasons. Are any of you owners of trucking companies and feeling the consequences of these situations? if so how are you dealing with them? What makes you wanna continue in this industry?

I would make more working on my own, but the work sometimes runs out. I would like to one day be my own boss because of the benefits. I But I also have a family and don't want to risk everything and fail. I am no architect so I usually have to be the middle man but still get paid ok money.

My current job is as the director of the housing authority. Tons of freedom- i come and go practically as i please and report to a board all of once a month. Pay is low- 36k- and not much growth potential except eventually moving on to another housing authority. I love the job itself and I'm doing wonderful things and getting great publicity in local papers, which is cool, but the elderly tenants are so troublesome i'm spending more time dealing with complainers and personality issues and lawsuit threats than i am doing my job. And the board is insane and they treat me like a kid.

The job i may be offered is as a budget analyst for the office of the governor. Pay starts about the same- 36K as a trainee, but in 3 years i'll be making more like $57K with virtually infinite advancement potential and incredible lifelong state benefits. But instead of my nice cozy office i'd be based out of a cubicle with lots of bosses and co-workers and stuff.
