Accounting companies are called Accounting Firms.
Accounting firms usually never hire directly off the street. They hire from temp agencies that specialize in accounting.
Once you have worked at the firm as an employee of the accounting temp agency, for about 6 months, then the firm may offer you a position as their employee.

No company worth working for will hire you without a personal interview. Education and job skills are important, but so is communication, people skills, presentation. You need to see someone to totally review all qualifications.

None. If you can't get the interview right, they don't want you in the workplace.
The interview puts your soft skills (personality, communication, appearance, preparation) out there for evaluation and comparison. The worst part - you may have the best resume and qualifications and references, but fail the interview and you have lost the job.
If you're worried, seek help with your interviewing skills.

You're dreaming.
What is wrong with you? There must be something if you want to be hired without being interviewed.

None.
A big part of the accounting profession is how you comport yourself in front of other people (i.e., clients).
