Why is it some people look better in photographs than in real life, and vica versa ?
I'm not being big headed but i had a lady tell me that I should be a male model when I was in the petrol station the other day, I just laughed & said yeah right ! Yet when I see photos of myself I personally cant see it at all.
Is it just some people look better in the flesh, and others look better in photos ? Whats your opinion ? Just curious to know.

i always thought they sucked and didn't get close - do you think they are good? i like to be smooth,but it would be simple and fast. what is a good one to use? pros and cons - and also,"where all can you use them" if you get my drift - could one totally replace the razor?

and no,i am not waxing,too much trouble at home,and to go to a salon gets too expensive,so don't go there.

if you were at a pool party with about 300 other people, which outfit do you think would look best on a girl:

1. blue backless shirt that's slightly low cut and shows the tummy with a black miniskirt (too slutty?)
2. blue tank top with hoodie and a jean mini skirt (slutty?)
3. blue t shirt with hoodie with jeans and sneakers (too warm?)
I can't decide what to wear...what do you think would look most apealing on me? odd question, I know. but my friends all said to wear a bikini top and mini skirt and that's too revealing.

I've been getting a manicure forever now and I'm just tired of taking the time to do it; not to mention, I love the look of short, polished nails. But when I have some length, it makes my fingers appear more slender.

I want to wear mine down and some people can do that within like 5 days...it takes me like 3 years to get it to what other people do in 5 days......I don't get it. Yes I WANT to wear them down....I like that beat up look with converse....any suggestions?

I'm going to book my first appointment for a bikini wax soon. i shave and it's annoying how the hairs grow so quickly! i'm naturally dark haired, how often will i have to get a bikini wax?
