NO!!!
Its a scam!!!!
Google modeling agency scams and show them the information.
Under no circumstances should a client ever pay their modeling agency.

I was a child/teen model and I NEVER had to pay my agency a dime.

Sounds like a scam. A perspective scout will pick out a child and send them to an audition. After the child goes to the audition, he/she will be called back and the agency will tell him/her that he/she has been selected out of hundreds of other kids.

After that, the agency will ask the parents to pay thousands of dollars for modeling lessons, photography fees, and other fees. There is no guarantee of modeling gigs after the fees have been paid.

If your sister really wants to pursue modeling, ask for referrals for reputable modeling agencies. The legitimate ones don't ask for thousands of dollars upfront.

No! Don't do it! My sister was offered the same thing. They wanted about 5000$ over the course of 12 months, or something like that. It's not guaranteed she will get jobs! It's just there to teach them. After that, if you don't continue paying, you are on youre own.

No - your parents shouldn't have to pay the agency to represent your little sister. It is a SCAM.

A reputable modelling agency will get a cut of what one of their model's make when he/she works but NEVER ask for money up front.

i think its up to your parents, but it would be unfair to you unless you don't care.
