Feminine means nicely styled hair. Smell great. skin soft and touchable. Clothes: clean, ironed (if necessary for no wrinkles) and colorful. Men wear denimn, black, navy blue and grey.. feminine is just about anything more colorful than that. Nails groomed and polished even if clear polish. Maybe jewelry that co ordinates with the clothes....But feminine does mean some make up if you are older than 16. Go to the library and read some fashion magazines for someone you age. and if you can subscribe to one that is portraying women who do the kind of things you do ( sports, dance, business, homemaker) Sometimes its good to update your look...Seasons change, life changes, time to fix yourself changes...But do keep thinking If a guy might wear this..Could I add a sparkly belt?or change the flat shoes to heels, Or maybe If casual is the thing knowing that a guy would never be seen wearing This lavender floral T shirt with this fitted jeans and CLEAN tennis shoes. Its a mind set..good luck

**not to be funny or rude -- but, i hope you're a girl asking for advice on femininity..**
BUT if you really are a girl in need of help.. i'd advice you to be more confident.. its a state of mind. people are attracted to (or gravitate towards) confident people.
that also includes how you carry yourself. if you walk with your head up, smile more, make yourself more approachable people tend to sit-up & take notice..
((don't skank it up of course, modest subtle changes should do the trick -- also no bullying, bragging or any other negative tactics to get attention))
people tend to recognize your more positive qualities when you let them SHINE.. wow, was that?? she seems different.. i like what she did to her hair..

Clothes don't make you more feminine. It's about the way you feel about yourself and how you project that to others.
