Your friend is a definite 8 and may be a 9 once she is grown up. She has lovely hair and a great smile. Smiling makes anyone look at least 50% better and with those straight white teeth, she is already ahead of the game. The blue eye shadow only detracts from her looks. Blue eyeshadow was from your grandma's generation and should be traded in for a little gray, light brown, or mauve for a more natural and fresh look.

7 or 8. She's cute and looks like a little Sienna Miller. I'd suggest trimming the bangs a tad and using less bright colored makeup, turning to neutrals instead.

She's very pretty. I agree with the others, I don't want to rate a person. But let her know true beauty comes from within. If she loves herself & feels beautiful & treats others kindly, she'll be perceived as beautiful. Good luck. 2D

She looks a little bit like a horse, she's got that HIllary Duff horsey thing going, but she's still cute.
Also anyon ewho really lacks self-confidence to the point where they think they are ugly, do not take flirty pics like that...."giggle, I'm so cute"
