Ok I got acrillic nails done about 3 or 4 weeks ago for a dance and now I want to take them off. What do I soke them in or how do I take them off?

im into punk rock but i dont look like it. i dress in normal clothes and have a normal hairstyle (not shaved anymore like my pic).

i had to use hair dyes and bleach by stargazer.
the bleach was absolutely hopeless.
i put the gloves on, they ripped completely.
so i just did the whole thing without gloves.
they supplied 2 bleach powder packets.
it didnt say in the instructions how many to use, so i just chucked them both in.
then i added the peroxide and realised that there was way too much powder as the mixing bowl was just so small to fit both powder and peroxide in.
half of the rubbish just went over the mixing bowl and down the sink.
i had no choice but to just use this bleach on my hair all bitty.
didn't cover my whole head, i had to struggle to get it all on.
i even put my hand down the sink to get more bleach.
the bleach is still on my head now.
it's flakey everywhere.
im hopeing the semi-permanent dyes by them will work but i really do doubt it.

need help in writing a complaint about this.
i dont complain that much.
but this has really made me want stab them!
also am i right to complain or am i just stupid?

I have a STUNNING Karen Millen silk satin ivory cocktail length dress with black jewels across the bust - very classy!

I bought this for a Christmas ball but it turned out that I was too big up top to wear it in a dignified way! Sadly selling it as just sitting in my wardrobe but absolutely stunning, will send photos on request but if anyone wants it, I'm selling it for £200. Really need to get rid!

my nails were the shortest of the short. then by putting fake nails on them all the time they grew really long but were really thin.It took me 1 month for them to grow and i was so proud because they were the longest they had ever been on me. so after that i brought Sally Hansen nail harder,strengthener and grower. that was working.one day i got angry and bit them all off again. i was wondering how long will they take to grow back and will the Sally Hansen make them quicker to grow?
