i had to use hair dyes and bleach by stargazer.
the bleach was absolutely hopeless.
i put the gloves on, they ripped completely.
so i just did the whole thing without gloves.
they supplied 2 bleach powder packets.
it didnt say in the instructions how many to use, so i just chucked them both in.
then i added the peroxide and realised that there was way too much powder as the mixing bowl was just so small to fit both powder and peroxide in.
half of the rubbish just went over the mixing bowl and down the sink.
i had no choice but to just use this bleach on my hair all bitty.
didn't cover my whole head, i had to struggle to get it all on.
i even put my hand down the sink to get more bleach.
the bleach is still on my head now.
it's flakey everywhere.
im hopeing the semi-permanent dyes by them will work but i really do doubt it.
need help in writing a complaint about this.
i dont complain that much.
but this has really made me want stab them!
also am i right to complain or am i just stupid?

If there is a phone number, call them right now! Tell them everything that happened in a calm voice, with no swearing. Tell them you would like your money back ASAP or you will tell everyone you know about their product. Try to get suggestions on how to fix this mess .

I'm not trying to make light of your situation, but the way it is written out and the image I have in my head makes it kind of funny.
I would note that the instructions were poor, the gloves ripped - all the legitimate issues. Maybe need not mention going back in the sink for more and all...
