I was wondering if anyone knows if it is safe to use a tanning bed that does not have an acrylic shield in the canopy of the bed. AS long as the one is on the bottom so I can lay on it, is it necessary to definately have one on the top or does the acrylic shield serve some sort of purpose that is health related that I don't know about? I always thought the acrylic was transparent and did not block any of the rays so what would be the difference without it?

I recently have had alot of acne on my cheeks, and am having the hardest ime getting rid of it. I have never had this problem before infact I have always had very clear skin (even during puberty). Anyway I am currently using nivea and it just does not seem to be working.

is smoking bad for me im 15.
i starded when i was 13 going on 14.
but then i stopd like after a month.
but hen i stared like 2 months ago.
my family say that i should stop becuase im not addictid yet.
but i fell like i am cause i need it every 30 mintutes.
how do i stop.
i told my self i need to stop but i just cant i need it when im nervos.

I'm really pale.....i usually turn a nice dark beige in the summer, though. but in the winter i get pale and my mom won't let me buy the rub-on tanning thing, or won't let me get a spray tan. Is there ANY OTHER WAY to get an at-home tan, maybe out of everyday items?? or anything i can do?? please help!
