at walmart, i asked like almost the same thing!!!...most people said at a mall

You get what you pay for. You can probably walk down any corner and find a shop where people dont speak English, can get you in right away, be done in twenty minutes and end up paying hardly anything at all. Of course they may be unlicensed, using products with MMA, using porcelin, not sanitizing their tools, using a drill, drilling into your nail bed, cutting into your skin and making you bleed, put nails on crooked, leave you with lumps and bumps, and the list goes on and on. Heck, they may even throw in a FREE fungus or staph infection. If you're ***really*** lucky you may even get a bonus of Hepatitis, or the flesh eating virus. No extra charge of course. Yay!
