Well for sterotypical type for the model its just skinny, tall , and most the thin look.

no shorter than 5'6".. usually wears from a 0 to an 2.. weighs around 110 to 118 pounds..pretty and distinct face.. not very large bust.. etc.

Really Skinny and tall, with small breasts unless they are victoria's secret models. But i won't even go there! ;-)

I'd say they are tall, flat chested(unless they are with Victoria Secret), high cheekbones, full lips, voluminous hair(or super short hair), and everything here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physical_attractiveness
