Well, the person in the first picture looks better, but only because the focus of the second picture is the nose. I like the look of the second picture better... but the focus itself should be more on the eyes and not on the nose.

Honestly... I think they both are beautiful and it isn't about prettier or etc... but truthfully for me I think this one is naturally beautiful...

The first one, by a little bit. It's probably just the angle, but the second one's nose looks kind of big.

the second one but only because the first is wearing way too much eye liner/shadow. The second one is pretty because of her eyes and the black and white looks classier.
btw- the first one has really good teeth
