When wearing one of those rubber, silicone or Italian Charm bracelets that have words written on them, are you suppose to wear them so you as the person wearing them can read them or so other people can read them?

I HAVE ALWAYS FELT THIS WAY SINCE I CAN REMEMBER. I AM 42 NOW AND MY FEELINGS OF WANTING TO BECOME FEMALE ARE STRONGER THAN EVER. IT IS SO HARD TO HIDE IT ANYMORE. I DO SEE COUNSELING FOR GENDER IDENTITY AND SHE SAYS THAT I REALLY SHOULD BECOME A FEMALE. I AM SCARED. I WANT TO SO BAD BUT IT IS A VERY DIFFICULT CHOICE TO MAKE. I LIVE IN A SMALL TOWN BUT THE PEOPLE THAT DO KNOW ABOUT ME ACCEPT ME AND UNDERSTAND. I AM MARRIED AND MY WIFE IS ALL FOR ME AND HAS BEEN THERE FOR ME. I HAVE ALL MY OWN CLOTHES AND WEAR THEM ALL THE TIME BUT I DONT MAKE IT SO OBVIOUS. SHOULD I CONSIDER A SEX CHANGE AND DO YOU THINK IT WOULD FULFILL MY LIFE FOR THE BETTER OR CAN I LIVE MY LIFE JUST CROSSDRESSING AND WOULD THAT BE ENOUGH? I AM ATTRACHED TO WOMEN BUT ONLY BECAUSE I WANT A BODY LIKE THIERS. I AM ATTRACHED TO GUYS ALSO BUT ONLY WANT TO BE WITH ONE IF I WAS A COMPLETE FEMALE. WHAT DO I DO?

nothing had really happened...its just tht from the present situation i have assumed that the personi like doesnt like me back.... he is my very good friend... actually should i say he was my very good friend.. its like now that he is in a new country he is behaving different and not like the person who i saw be4....i told mailed him that ill miss him showin my feelings (he doesnt knw 100% that i like him... mebbe has the hint) but he did not reciprocate his feelingns nor did appreciate or tell me ya that he misses me too ..
thinking that how close we were be4 he left for london he shouldnt have behaved like this... i feel betrayed and now feel like he just was a TEMPORARY friend..he mite be yet ADJUSTING there but if he were a true friend he would have definitely mailed me once telling me about what he feels..even when he comes online i am the one who starts the conversation.... i was going to tell him my feelings...hes my good friend but lookin at the present condition what do i do??

my friend was in my apt and she was getting dressed to go out a few minutes ago! she was going to wear a black dress and she did not want to get deodorant on it! well she saw that commercial on tv where that lady jumps out of the window into her dress to avoid the deodorant! she tried that, now shes on the ground unconcious!
