Dress up as a catholic priest or michael jackson. That will definately scare the little kids.

Well I am going as a cereal killer instead of a serial killer...lol. I will cut out all the old boxes of cereal and get a plastic knife from the dollar tree and paint some of the boxes red (for blood)...

an ugly *** harry potter. that would definitely scare some kids. i think there should be some costume out there of harry potter so all you would have to do is add some scary things to the whole costume

well i used to scare the kids by putting a bed sheet over my head make eyes and mouth draw eyebrows and but a sting around the neck not to tight and pretend to be aghost ..it was funn for me..

I think that mabey you should dress up as a Fat Baby! It's pretty darn scarey for the kids to see that you are wearing THAT!
