I've noticed lots of girls' avatars have a blurry spot by the right cheek. WHAT IS THAT?

sory I dont use an avitar , I like the personal aproach I actualy use a picture of myself and my girlfriend... hmmm avitar is just not personal enough for me...

I've never seen it but if it's pink then maybe it's suppost to be blush or something. Or maybe your computer isn't working right!
