i mean besides genetics. is it mixed skin pigmintation or something like that?

You're either born with them or you arent, depends on the genes in your family. I dont have any but my daughter does.

My fair skinned friend will go in the sun for about an hour and leave with like 10-15 new freckles. So I would say the sun.

I dont think its caused by anything it is just passed down from generations of life and family. Its all based on genetics.

It all has to do with the sun and how your skin reacts... but some people do have a more tendency to freckle because it's in their genes.

If your skin tans evenly, it will be brown all over. But it might only tan in certain spots ... in which case you'll have freckles!

Freckles are not caused its in the genes. DNA thing.

Freckles are sign of dirty hygine, when you were growing up...I suspect that you grew up in a dirty home...there is website that address this...www.skinproblems.com...My suggestion is to throughly clean your skin,then seek professional advice...freckles, yuck!!

increased melanoma caused by the sun. your parents gave you the genes but the sun brings them out.

It is genetic. And has to do with your skins pigmentation.
