My boss, a bigg dirt ball, fat white man, just finger *** me while we were alone in the elevator...He forced his hand down my skirt...yuk...I subsequently kick him with my Gucci heels...he started to cry like a baby, but said I should not tell...what should I do, help?

First of all I went throu this very same thing last year with my boss so I understand what you are going throu, I went to my HR department, I wrote down everything in my diary times and dates and all the details and I proceeded to my lawyers office and then filed a sexual harrasment suit against my boss and my company because I was let go for complaining against my boss.. I have since won my suit agianst my boss for an undisclosed amount and even thou it wont make my pain go away it gave me my dignaty back.
PLEASE REPORT THIS..
if not for yourself .
so someone else doesnt have to go throu it with this guy..
make him pay for what he has done to you.

u can take him to ncourt with this...its a serious crime..have u told anybody in the office yet?u shud talk to one of the staff members ur close to..possibly female, take it to the auhtorities n point an accusation to him...*** on u gotta be strong..normally wat women do is leave the job, n just let pigs like him get away..or cuz they r too scared they just put up with this molesting n all the crap!!!
but the disadvantage is if there were no witnesses then its ur word against his..and if the he is a very powerful man everybody might be on his side....

Please be strong and don't accept any sympathy. You know why? Because you are lucky girl!!! Just for that, you can sue his ***.
Contact a lawyer and they will be very happy to help you. If there was a camera in the elevator, even better.
Do not waste time. Then the weight of the matter will dissipate.
Just contact a lawyer. That's all. Look online, make a phone call. Atleast try. Please please please. That fat basta*d deserves it. Whether he cries or not we don't care.

Yes, report him and press charges right now! Otherwise, he'll keep doing it to other women. It is more than harrassment, it is a sexual assault, like rape! He should be arrested and convicted! (And, good for you for kicking him!) Go tell his boss right now, and call the police, too!

AH can we are saying, Sexual assualt and sexual harrassment, if he compelled himself on you that's sexual assualt, he can bypass to penitentiary, greater then possibly lose his activity and relatives IF he's married
