I really, really, want to wear mascara, I already asked my parents 3 times and they said no. How can I get the mascara look without using it? (I mean, how can I look like I am wearing mascara without actually wearing it)

When you put eyeliner on your lower lid, do you put it above your lower lashes or just under them? I think this is just preference, but I wonder which is better.

actually, i have two questions;;
1. when applying eyeliner, is it better to make a bigger line but faded a bit, or a dark line but small and close to the eye?
2. which is better and why: liquid eyeliner or just dry, pencil eyeliner??

I do! There's this girl I work with who wears Bright bright BLUE or frosty hot PINK eye shadow EVERYday....sometimes even with glitter on over it!!! She will even match it up with her shirt color!! Talk about clashing.
It looks like she paints on her thick a$s pink blush on half her face!!!!!
Ewww. It makes me sick. It's embarassing to even work with her.
The thing is---she thinks she's hot $hit! lol.
