What I would do is in the morning put on Mary Kay's creme to powder foundation then carry a Mary Kay Facial Highlighting Pen and if you need touch ups you can.

I have the same problem that you have (I live in Venezuela which is really hot, but work in an office with air conditioning -talk about tempeture changes-) and I´ve found the perfect solution using "Wonder Finish" by Maybelline.
Shake the bottle first and then apply it like any other liquid makeup, when it dries it turns to powder, giving medium and super lasting coverage.
Another plus is that you can save time and money since you won't be needing pressed powder.

I love Mary Kay foundation it is really good and it stayes fresh all day. A little tip if you are hot a lot try patting your face with a cotton cloth not wiping off the sweat. You can check it out at www.marykay.com for your local rep if you don't have one you can contact me at www.marykay.com/kfrench2006

instead of using a foundation (which is heavy for the summer), use a covergirl product called "CG smoothers" which is a tinted lotion, then dust on powder with a big brush, so its not cakey.
