I have naturally straight hair, have it trimmed every 6wks, use serum on it when i've washed it, yet when i go outside it goes mental! Where i live at the moment is 41 - 44'c during the day, any ideas of how to tame it a little, other than straightening it everyday?

I love blonde. I was blonde ONCE and I had fun, but it was hard too. People treat you WAY differently than when you are a brunette. Blonde is so glam. So gorgeous... If done right. Bleach-blonde-britney is a total pooey thumbs down.
What's YOUR hair fave?

I mean is there a specific name for it or would I just say I want a 2 on the sides and everything else left alone? Or is it a one? I can't tell if it is left alone in the back or not

Would it be appropriate for me to use Redken's "Full Body" Shampoo and "Curly" Conditioner together? Or is one supposed to follow according to the specific line of shampoo and its matching conditioner?
Or is there any other hair care brand that will be better for me? --> I have oily, curly, flat hair that often has a lot of fly aways. I need more fullness and body for my hair too as I live in a very humid tropical climate and the weather always wreaks havoc on my hair.... (I live in Singapore..) Thanks..

P.S.: I can't remember, but which one is a better brand? Redken or Kerastase?? Thanks again..

I use mousse to help control my hair everyday, but at night, I have to wash it all off. I hate washing my hair every single day, but If I don't wash it, my hair is all sticking when I sleep and when I wake up, it makes my hair all fuzzy and out of control. When I put on more mousse, it makes it even worse. I need to find a way to control my hair without making me wash my hair everyday.

My hair is naturally black right now, but for most of my life it was brown. It turned black when I was about 18 years old. I want to dye my hair a cool toned light brown, or maybe an ashy medium brown with light brown highlights. I would also lighten my eyebrows too, I know they're really dark. I was just wondering if it would look okay on me or if I should just leave my hair black.

(Well my hair has grown longer since this pic was taken, and I have sideswept bangs. I also straighten it too now.)

I'm thinking of cutting my hair short, with a longish fringe. The way Keira Knightley had hers. I look a bit like her (or so i keep getting told=) but i'm nowhere as skinny.
Are short haircuts slimming? Or would it make me look fat? Or would it make my squareish face look more square?

I'm a girl. I tried Veet hair remover cream. But that did go well with genital areas. they worked well my underarms.
I don't prefer to shave them. Any other inexpensive ways to remove hair these areas? I tried waxing too but find it difficult to get a clean removal. Please suggest the name of some hair remover cream that will work good with genital areas.

I was wondering if dying hair with Indigo and Henna (black henna) is permanent or how long does the color last? Also can it be darkened gradually instead of all at once?

Thanks!

I'm not sure if this is a silkworm based product or not.
There are lots of professional hair care that doesn't have any disgusting ingredients like silk and pearls.

I have medium-toned strawberry-blonde hair naturally. Not dark, but not that light gingery color either. I want to get to a rich red, similar to this: http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/2794/colorpi9.jpg
All the dyes I've been finding say they are good on dark hair only, and when I bought one that should look good, it made my test patch dark brown! NO good. I look horrible with brown hair. So, can someone point me in the direction of a great red dye that will get me the results I want? Photo examples would be great too if you have them!

I'm not really happy that my hair is turning grey and I want my red hair back. should I dye it myself or go to a salon to do it? I wish I could find another way to do it without dye.

I really would like to start washing my hair only about once a week. Even if I only do this once a month or so, I really need my hair to balance out! My scalp is slightly itchy and prone to dandruff, so I use head and shoulders. But my ends are really dry! I've heard the natural oils in your hair are really the best "conditioner". I have friends who don't wash their hair more than once a week and they say it works so well! My scalp gets itchy and oily on day 2 though. Does anyone have tips to last a week without washing your hair...and still have it look ok? I have to wear my hair back for work everyday, if that makes a difference.
