I am pretty much 70% Black, 10% Italian, and 20% white, I have a good grade of hair, curly but low cut, I want to grow a pony tail as long as I can. what is the best way to grow my kind of hair out?

Does clean hair grow quicker than dirty hair?

I have long thick black wavy hair, and I have frizzy hair. And on top of that, I have super curly hair at the front of my scalp. I have blowed dryed and used the straightener, on my hair for 2 days and after the 2 days, my hair gets brittle with split ends! I don't want to damage my hair so much. I'd like to straighten my hair if I could, but, It gets damaged after 2 days. What do I do?

so heres my problem, my dad needs a hair cut, tonight. hes marrying a couple tomorrow and is in need of a hair cut before the wedding! small town so theres no place to take him too, and i arranged for a lady in town to do it, but i can't reach her now!

My friend has lice and she has used the Nix product once last week and once yesterday, but it still didn't work, she found a live one in her hair. Her pharmacist said that you can't apply it more than once a week, because it is bad for your skin. All the nits that were seen were removed, but she still has head lice and it isn't going away. Does anyone have a cure for this burden, because if hers doesn't get cured soon, it may spread to me. I think that I already have it so please, tell me what works, that I can use now, or in another week, it doesn't matter, I just need something that works and soon! Thank you so much, you are doing a great favor!

I have really flat, straight hair so I try to volumize it. I use Herbal Essences Body Envy Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hair Spray. It works... for like ten minutes and my hair goes back to being straight. I want something to last all day.

Do you guys know any tips or products that can help me? Thanks. :]

I'm 17 years old and my hair keeps falling out!

I told my mother about it but she just keeps telling me that it's normal for hair to fall out sometimes. But this is not just a little hair here and there, they fall out in handfuls. Even when I just run a hand through my hair, at least 5 or 6 strands fall out at a time.
When I take a shower, it's unbelievable how much comes out.

I eat normally, I exercise, I'm not overweight or underweight, I'm not under stress- nothing. This has been going on for at least a few months. I used to have really thick and healthy hair but now I am missing at least 1/4 th the hair I used to have, if not more. And it is very thin with many split ends.

What's wrong with me?
