I have really flat, straight hair so I try to volumize it. I use Herbal Essences Body Envy Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hair Spray. It works... for like ten minutes and my hair goes back to being straight. I want something to last all day.

Do you guys know any tips or products that can help me? Thanks. :]

Getting a maintaining the right haircut with help with volume issues... You can get layers which help, depending on your hairs thickness.. Also, blowdrying it upside down and using the right products for your hair.. I find NOT washing it everyday helps keep volume and not using a ton of conditioner to weigh down hair as well. I like using liquid gels and a curling irom help as well. Good luck

Blow-dry each section of your hair perpendicular to your scalp. If you want longer lasting volume, try buying mousse. But, try to buy styling products that are alcohol- based. Oil- based substances can weigh hair down and make it look greasy.
Hope this helps.

i used to have the same problem until i got my hair layered like crazy. my hair is still long, looks good, and everything. but i can totally feel that half of it is gone and its so light now.

so tell your hairstylist to layer your hair esp the front part.

also, change your shampoo every once in awhile helps too! dont stick with the same brand forever and ever.
