I want to grow my hair out, but I have a hair breakage problem. What are the best African American Anti-Breakage lotions, leave in conditioners, deep conditioners?

I'm a guy and I don't know much about hair but here it goes...

So my hair looks good right after the shower, or I if I don't wash it for a day. Why?

After my hair dries after the shower, it becomes wavy and my sideburns go crazy and curly.
But after a day it becomes completely straight.

So how do I make my hair look like the way it was right after I step out of the shower or after a day of not washing it?

I'm not keen on the straightener thing, it seems too girly xp

You were using a styling instead of yourself as the Subject of the hair experimnets? say you've always wanted to see what old western curls would look like with pink hair, but there is no way you would do that to yourself.

I was gonna get my curly hair braided all up so i can put straight hair extensions in so i dont have to straighten it as much..what brand should i use and about how much do you think it will cost for good work..my hair is about in the middle of my back longer then medium and i wouldnt call it really long either

I usually go to the Rogue to get my hair done, and i was excited to get pink in my hair, but when i went there my hair dresser was like, srry babe, we don't do unnatural colors. And i'm just thinking, great, this is South Carolina... where in the world would i find a good place that will dye my hair pink? I'm too freaked to do my hair myself. I think it could really damage it since i don't know what i'm doing, and i REALLY love my hair.

This questions is for the ladies. I have been thinking about waxing my legs for the last little while, there is quite a bit of hair on my legs and i want to get a good tan. Personally i hate leg hair and would like to get rid of it. What is your opinions?

I wouldnt shave, that just causes more to gro back. However waxing alows the hair to grow back thinner each time.

I started with OCD when i was about 5 or even younger ad at about 10 i got trichollimania (pulling of hairs) I'm now 12 and still do it and now they're pretty much all gone on both eyes,I used to have really nice eyelashes long,thick and curly im a boy and would really like to know if they will grow back,how long it will take and what can i do to speed up the growing process!!?? Pls help im a 12yr old boy in a time of need!!

This may sound really dumb, but I don't know how to use it. I'm living in Japan and have bought mine here, so the instructions are all in Japanese. I can't read it!

Could somebody please tell me how often I can use it? I wash my hair every morning and use it after shampooing. Is daily too often?

Also, how long should I leave it in?

One last question: Long ago I read that you shouldn't use conditioner too often, as it actually damages you hair. Is this true?

Hey guys, I just dyed my hair earlier this week. It's a dark reddish-brown. I waited a few days until I went out in the sun and I wore a white cap. Afterwards, I found red spots from the dye on the hat. My questions are:

1) How long should I wait after dying my hair to be out in the sun and not worry about my hair color staining anything?

2) What products would you recommend to use when out in the sun to protect my color? Any specific brand of conditioners?
