I'm sure a really good straightner - like the Chi, would work. But to make straightening a WHOLE LOT easier, put a good straightening product in your hair, like Biosilk, blow dry your hair as straight as possible with a round brush, and THEN try going over our hair with a straightener. That will definelty work. No hair is "unstraightenable". If you don't want to go through the effort, go to a salon and pay to get it done. For special occasions, it will be worth it. [:

I have the same problem.
Whatever u do don't get your hair relaxed, the chemicals will destroy it!!! I use this tony and guy hair serum and paul mitchell serum that works really good.
Now their a little on the exspensive side but it's worth it.
Just take a shower wash ur hair and when it's damp but a little of the products in your hair and brush it straight.
Don't blow dry it it'll just make it worst.
After your hair is dry go over it with a chi flat iron.
There about $130.00 and work great!
After that spray down with a strong finishing spray and wala!
U have soft silky looking hair that's straight as a board.

CHI! Get it at Sally's for like $80. They artwork the excellent. believe me I honestly have the comparable hair as you and it takes approximately 20 minutes to do and is derived out without delay as an arrow =) when you straighten it, use Biosilk. placed a tiny bit on your hand and decide for the flow it with the aid of your hair staying far off from the roots (it will make it greasy) it works the excellent! stable luck!

Sounds like hair I wish I had. My hair is so thin. Why do people always want to change themselves. Except it, and go on. Non the less, have you tried Flat ironing it? But I know how you feel, My hair is thin and curly, and when I flat iron it as soon as I sweat, especially in the Summer it gets right back curly again.

This may seem kind of weird, but use a curling iron!!! But dont use it to curl your hair, use it to straiten it. Seriously. I have a really bad straitener, so I just use the biggest curling iron I have, and straiten it. trust me. it TRULY works!! sorry if i am NO help : )

PS: if u try it, make sure to put it on the hottest the curling iron can go.

well the best thing to do at this point if a flat iron doesn't work i would recommend a hair relaxer, just go to your near hair salon & take it from there.

Go to a salon and get it permanently straightened. It's pricey, and also lasts a month or two, but if you want it that bad, go for it...

get a more expensive, salon quality straightener! Get one with ceramic plates as well...or you could get it chemically straightened? try getting a straightening product to put in when your hair is wet...then blow dry and straighten!

if it's really really bad
then you might have to go to a salon and have your hair relaxed.
it's a chemical process and it's not really nice to your hair. but if you take care of it afterwards, it will still look nice.
