You are really lucky! You have a beautiful neck and high cheekbones, basically perfect for any cut, short or long. For a long cut, I would get some fringed bangs (sort of like what Keira Knightly had in Pride and Prejudice). They can be alittle bit "shaggy" and not completely strait! Make sure that as they go farther away from the middle of the forehead (toward the ears), that they become longer and sort of blend in to the layers around your face. They would look really nice with the natural wave. I would then get some layers around the face (as I just mentioned with the bangs), as that will play up your cheekbones. Then, just get layers and layers around your head. If you want more volume, ask for layers around the crown of your head (just make sure to tell them that you don't want a mullet).
If you want short hair, I would suggest a shorter bob, one that is right below your jaw (being any lower would look okay with a long neck, but this length would be best). Get a side part and some slight side-swept bangs, but not dramatic (ones that just blend in to the hairline as they go). I would get layers around the head and layers around the face.

Hope this helped! You are really lucky to have wavy hair because you can pull of lots of pretty styles! Good luck!

With a high forhead you SHOULD wear bangs. cut into a shoulder lenght Shag cut and maybe add some copper streaks. Here are some sites for pictures:

Get fringe bangs, they will cover your forhead and you can also sweep them to the side. For wavy hair (like I have) get LOTS of layers!!

you should get your hair shorter, stick to easy gel and do a messy style. A messy style looks sturdy all around in spite of your stereotype and age and the style is much greater effective on those with darkish hair.

You could try side swept bangs.

Also lots of layers around your face will look great with your defined cheekbones.

i would stay with the bangs since it covers up part of your forehead...cut it a little below the shoulders and that would be really cute
