Fashion & Accessories - March 2007

I have a rather large nose, being the classic italian man that I am. The width is fine, and it is straight, but it is very long, and a bit out of proportion with the rest of my face (in my opinion), especially when looking at my profile.

Other than tricky makeup techniques and plastic surgery, are there any techniquest that I can employ to make my nose appear smaller or to at least help it appear more proportionate with the rest of my face? Hairstyles, gotees? What if I were to put on some muscle mass, woudl the increase in body size help?

I LOVE going to places like goodwill and also platos closet which is cool cause it's just for teens....who else loves going there...??

also how much money do you get for clothes at platos closet..??

and what are your experiences{sp?} there...??

I just love that you can get nice gently use clothing from nice stores for cheap.....and I hope to go there SOON....Hmmm..lol

I was shopping at the mall and I was surprised at how many new tops look like maternity tops. I even tried one on because I liked it so much. It was awful. I looked like a pregnant wanna be. I thought it might just be me. But, a few stores later I was in the Gap fitting room and I overheard a conversation. One female said to another, "I like this top, but it looks like a maternity top." Anyone else not thrilled with this new trend?

My grandmother who is a socialite with classy upscale group of friends is throwing her a birthday bash. Since my grandma usually goes to Mexico for her birthday they are bringing Mexico to Kansas City. So, the party is going to be in a nice country club with the theme of a mexico. They said on the invite to come in your "FIESTA WARE". Just curious to what I should wear. I just don't want to feel out of place. Thanks! It's going to be around 65 to 70 degrees.

Please help! I have just been hired at a new job counseling children with behavioral issues and the dress code is very comfortable. Jeans and decent shirt with tennis shoes. Most of my closet is dress slacks and heels! Need to find jeans for size 5 that is 5'1' in height. Jeans are almost always to long for me and that is even with heeled shoes. Now I need to find some in the right length to wear with flat shoes. Please help! What are the best stores for me? I live in a small town. Erie, Pa. I start this job on Monday.
