Maybe, but I would add a long vest that you could remove if the day gets warmer.

Yeah, as long as it isn't windy, and your school isn't cheap like mine and keeps a uniform temp throughout the building. The leggings are what makes it good enough.
Although if you ask me it's a matter of preference. What about the kids who wear shorts or miniskirts when it's 20?

No if its still under 50 degrees don't wear a skirt with a long sleeve **** thats tacky

i guess it depends on your tolerance of hot and cold.
grey is a sudo neutral so it goes with everything.
