Yes. But you would have to go to travel a bit depending on where you are located that is.

They are found in the Garment distric of L.A. or if you have a wholesale license you can go to the wharehouses and get them for about $10 to $20.

If you want to pay middle of the line.....look for any Outlet stores in or around your area.

Your best bet is to settle and get the "copycats" if you aren't willing to spend the money.

TJ Maxx and Marshall's definitely for low cost. Although, you have to be patient by searching the racks and occasionally may find a pair. I have found 7's, lots of Guess at TJ Maxx. Just two weeks ago I bought my husband a pair of dark wash bootcut Guess Jeans (very cute) from TJ Maxx for 24.99. Or you can search Ebay, although you have to be careful and make sure they are authentic. If none of those options work then just keep searching the sales racks at Nordstroms. Or you can go to www.standardstyle.com they are pricey but usually have a lot of jeans on sale. Every brand of designer jeans you can think of. Good luck!

consignment stores are a great place to find slightly used designer clothes for next to nothing. where a thrift shop receives donations, consignment stores 'buy' items from individuals. they need to be very selective so the clothes will sell, because that's how they make money to keep the doors open.
search consignment or re-sale stores in your area. you'll be amazed at what you will find. you can even start to bring the clothes you are done wearing. its kind of like shopping for free.
