Is a size 7 in womens shoe mean you have big feet? I wear a size 7 in womens shoes and my friend says that I have big feet. I don't think I do. Opinions?

In A.E my jeans are size 28x30, but in A&F the smallest size is 30x30, would A&F jeans be baggy around the legs. I am 5"1

So, I have measured myself and found out my "bra size" and its the bra size I have been currently wearing. But all of the fitting websites say that the center of the bra should be touching my breastbone. I have not had this happen since I was much younger and much smaller. (I have been somewhat "gifted" in the chest department).
And unfortunately I am unable to go to a store and get fitted because the country I live in does not have women of my size so I have to special order from the internet. A friend of mine told me that because of how big my chest is that I shouldn't expect the center of the bra to touch and I should just go with the measured size.

So, busty women, let me know. . . is it possible to get a bra that fits and is supportive and have the center touch? or should I just give up and go with the measured size? (and yes, I have measured many times and am quite sure that I am not doing it wrong).

Me, I buy mine from Mervyn's. Never from cheap stores suchs as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, and Target.

Why? Quality! It means a lot to me. I don't wanna look cheap and poor. I wanna look cool and rich.

It's a newer jacket but I want it to have that old, shiny, squeaky, cracked look and feel. I was told to put ammonia or rubbing alcohol on it to dry it out. I tried both, it became dry, but it's still not shiny and squeaky. I was told to put it in the dryer...that didn't do much either. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS? Thanks!
