Would a 30x30 be the same amount of bagginess as size 28x30?

In A.E my jeans are size 28x30, but in A&F the smallest size is 30x30, would A&F jeans be baggy around the legs. I am 5"1

they would just be baggy in the waist. the waist is a full two inches bigger than you AE size. length is the same. So primarily they would be baggy up at the top and maybe your thighs.
