I have been wearing socks with my capri's but I am wearing my dress boots as well. If I wear my sketchers then I wear "footies" instead of ankle socks. The less a sock shoes the better, in my opinion.

You could try wearing tights or high socks (that go under the capris), as long as they're not white and they're not denim capris. I think dark, like black, capris would work with maybe a lighter brown wool tight and a nice platform pump could look nice.

This is a very good question. First of all, do not wear socks with sandals. That is oober geeky to the extreme and would make CoCo Chanel turn over in her grave. However very short anklets with a cute pair of tennies would be very sporty.

Yes and I encourage you to do so. Wear 2 pair that match your shirt or a novelity pair of socks. I like when ladies show off their socks.

Wear ankle socks or hold the top part of the sock and pull it down over your foot so it overlaps.

If they're very casual capris, I think you can get away with it, provided they're the nearly invisible ones (like very short ankle socks?) and appropriate shoes.
