i get a piercing at a place that doesnt give them for free like a tattoo parlor instead of some place such as clairs that just gives them out for free and obviously has people with not as much experience?

tomorrow i am going to an event for school and i have to wear red, white & blue because we are doing something on France. we get to dress down tomorrow and i don't know what to wear or do my hair!!!! here is something you can use to narrow down ideas


HAIR:
i have choppy layers
i have redish brown hair
my longest layer is about to the end of my neck
i have bangs about to my eyebrow sort of side swept

NOT TOS FOR MY CLOTHES:

i can't wear skimpy little mini skirts, tube tops lol! THIS IS FOR SCHOOL!
it's prob gonna be cold where i live

what should i wear to look SUPER CUTE, PRETTY, AND COOL?

i have a beret (french hat) do u think i should wear that? IT IS RED

My daughter picked out a prom dress. But I think it's going to be hard for her date to select a flower color. The dress is a Jessica McClintock and is apple green, satin fabric with satin black trim at the bodice & waistline. She's probably going with black shoes and jewelry.
Would different jewelry allow for more flower selections?

She wants to wear her hair up & maybe with a flower. What color and types of flowers could she use that would go with this color of dress?

I just finished watching the new abc series October Road, and I noticed that, in the beginning, the ex-girlfriend was wearing a series of thin, black, plastic wrist bands. I saw the same look on the HBO movie Life Support. Does anybody know how I can achieve this look?

are they similar in quality to la redoute clothes because those are pretty impressive once you see them in person or are they more like the lerner catalog which sometimes features cute styles but when you get them the fabric is weaker than paper and the seams are all wrong??
