That's never an easy decision and is always one that merits lots of research & thought. I would say, make a list of the clothing designers you are going to sell and write down the feeling that each name invoke. Think of similar names that may invoke the same feelings. Surf different designer websites and also other retail websites that sell similar styles (eBay sellers too!) and see what types of names they have chosen for their own companies. Many companies pay big bucks to have a name "created" for them, one that fits their style and the image that they want to reflect. Definitely choose something that is easy to pronouce & write. As far as basic terms & ideas try:

- Fashion and sewing terms might be a start.
- Abstract names that just convey a feeling can be very effective.
- The name of a place or person that you find inspiring.
- Something combined w/part of your name can be cool too!

Brainstorm a good long list of possibilities and bounce them off of your friends (those who are very creative and/or have similar style & taste will probably give the best feedback). Once you have done your brainstorming try to change & combine your different ideas if you don't see something you like the first time. Heck, even if you see something you like the first time, change & combining ideas may produce something even better! When think of the right name and/or see it on paper, you'll know it!

I would definitely steer clear of anything that is already copyrighted just to be on the safe side. Unless you are an authorized dealer of a specific brand you don't want to appear to be one or it may stir up some trouble (even authorized dealers usually need special permission to include a specific "brand name" in their own retail company name although you can definitely use the brand name in your eBay product description).
